Domestic Shipping:
Shipping charges vary based on the customer shipping address/city and total order weight. The shipping charges are calculated on the checkout page as per city/state wise are displayed in the checkout section table.
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched by the us.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time.
For shipments delivered outside Maharashtra, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline for some products ?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
Are there any hidden shipping charges on Solero Corp?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on solerocorp.com. List prices are final and all-inclusive.
The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are clearly reflected in the cart detail on checkout page as Shipping Charge depending on shipping policy.
International Shipping?
As of now, We do not offer International Shipping at the moment.
Tracking:
An e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent to you on your email address registered with us, when your shipment has been dispatched. Please mail us at support@solerocorp.com in case of any questions or query.
To cancel your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team before the order is shipped and picked up by the courier partner, by sending an email to support@solerocorp.com, stating your Order Number.
Important Note: If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Solero Corp for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
